Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges
AmericanUniTees products are made to order and fulfilled by our Print On Demand partners. Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, design, product, quantity, or simply changed your mind. Please be sure of your size/preferences before placing your order.

Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there’s an issue with your product or an error with your order, we allow 14 days from the confirmed date of delivery for you to report the issue.

Refunds
If applicable, AmericanUniTees will issue refunds via store credit. Store credit may be used to purchase any item(s) from our store. To be eligible for a damaged item replacement, or refund via store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
